Bookings & Payments

All reservations require full or partial payment as specified. Prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmation.

  • Contract Formation: Your contract is with Avinra Travels (UK Ltd or as registered). The contract is binding once you receive our booking confirmation.
  • Lead Traveler Responsibility: The person making the booking is responsible for all documents, payments, and communications on behalf of the group.

Traveler Responsibilities

Guests must hold valid travel documents, visas, and meet any required health criteria. Avinra Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by third-party providers, natural events, or government-imposed restrictions.

Itinerary Changes

While we strive to maintain planned schedules, slight adjustments may occur due to weather, operational constraints, or local regulations. Any changes will be managed to ensure your experience remains exceptional.

Guest Conduct

Travelers are expected to act responsibly and respectfully. Avinra Travels reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to participants whose behavior compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

Liability

Avinra Travels is not liable for events beyond its control, such as delays, force majeure, or actions of third parties.

Complaints

  • Please inform your Avinra representative of any issues as soon as possible to seek prompt resolution.
  • Formal complaints should be made in writing within 28 days after your return.

Jurisdiction

Contracts and disputes are governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
